We receive a wide range of donations of food from local businesses such as bread, fresh fruit and vegetables. We bag this up for people to enjoy.

Rebecca teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga where movement is linked with breath in a creative, dynamic series of postures set to an eclectic mix of music


Youth Activities Group

We offer a range of creative projects and crafts aimed at bringing out your inner artist. From henna designs to cooking, calligraphy and other projects that are fun and experiential. We invite all youth between 10-17 years of age to get involved.

Eating with friends

Eating with Friends is our long running Community Lunch, held on the 1st Friday of every month. We have two course meals available for $6 and we are very proud of the quality and gluten free and vegan options.

Coffee Craft and Chat

Bring your own craft project or help others complete theirs. Start something new and exciting, develop a group project, try something different. Have a coffee, chat and work on your project and get some tips and hints from others.

Scrabble Club

There are around 4,000 Scrabble clubs around the world. Using skills such as vocabulary, spelling, anagramming, counting and probability, players continue the 80-year-old game at KNH on a Tuesday night. Please come along and be part of the fun.
